Stencils, Templates and Jigs

We can supply custom made stencils, templates and jigs in a variety of sizes, shapes, thicknesses and materials. Stencils are commonly made from quite thin materials such as Mylar, Acrylic (perspex), MDF and card. It really all depends upon how frequently the stencil will be used, the stencilling technique and environment, and of course your budget. We have even supplied stencils made from sheet steel which are ideal for high usage applications in urban and industrial environments, (usually for local authorities, transport companies, industrial fabrication and the health sector for example).

Many of the same principles apply in the production of custom made templates and jigs. Again, it is all down to how and where they will be used, frequency and technique, and finally your budget. We can offer advice on which material will be the most efficient for you, and we can also set up your artwork for you, ensuring that you get crisp results and cost effective product.
